Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LocalContents ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including users accessing the Service via the iOS mobile application.

2. Description of Service

LocalContents is an AI-powered content generation platform that helps users create culturally adapted social media content in Turkish (TR) and Polish (PL) markets. The Service includes URL content extraction, AI content generation for multiple platforms, and viral hook generation.

3. Credits & Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are purchased in packs (Starter or Pro) and are non-expiring.
• Each content generation or hook generation consumes one credit.
• Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe (web) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS). We do not store your payment card details.
• All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using purchased credits, contact us at support@local-contents.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds for iOS App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

5. User Content Policy

You are responsible for all content you submit to the Service. You agree not to submit:

• Content that infringes intellectual property rights of third parties
• Illegal, hateful, defamatory, or obscene content
• Spam, misleading information, or content intended to deceive
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Personal data of third parties without their consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. You retain ownership of content you submit; by submitting, you grant LocalContents a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service is produced by AI models and is provided for informational and creative purposes only. LocalContents does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing or distributing it.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or circumvent the Service
• Use the Service to generate spam at scale
• Share account credentials with others
• Use automated scripts to abuse the API beyond normal usage
• Attempt to bypass credit limits or payment requirements

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. LocalContents reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your credits and account data will be permanently deleted. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination due to violations.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LocalContents is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Apple Platform Terms

If you access the Service through the iOS application, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms constitute an agreement between you and LocalContents only, not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• In-App Purchases made through iOS are subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
• In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
